Flying shear scissors
Flying shear is a commonly used shearing equipment, widely used in steel, non-ferrous metals and other industries. It is intended to cut the strip or hot rolled coil and other large size raw materials into the desired size. And the working process of the flying shear is detailed as follows.
Pinch roll
Pinch roll is composed of a box body, two rocker arms, connecting rods, cylinders, roll-gap adjustment bolts, and opening adjustment bolts. The roll shaft of the pinch roll is connected to the rocker arm through bearings. It also has a rubber pad fixed on the top inner side of the box body. The rubber pad is located between the roll-gap adjustment bolt and the opening adjustment bolt, with the lower end face of the rubber pad contacting the upper surface of the rocker arm located above, at the tail end of the rocker arm; by adding a rubber pad, the upper pinch roll contacts the rubber pad first when it is closed, providing a certain buffer and effectively controlling the flattening of the pinch roll, improving product quality and yield, and bringing huge economic benefits to production.
