    Laying head is metallurgical equipment that forms continuous steel wires from high-temperature molten steel through water-cooled mold holes. It is an important part of the continuous steel casting process, and is mainly composed of the molten steel receiving device, cooling device, wire nozzle, pinch-roller, and collection device. Its working principle is to inject high-temperature molten steel into a rotating cooling mold holes to form solid steel wire through rapid cooling, then continuously pull it through a pinch-roller, and finally collect it into a roll. 
Air-cooled line fan
    It is mainly composed of impeller, casing, motor and base. Its working principle is that the motor drives the bearing box, then drives the blade of the fan to rotate through the transmission mechanism. The generated high-pressure air enters the air-cooled line through the air duct, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the hot coils on roller way of the air-cooled line.

Complete set of finishing mill
    Finishing mill is used in high speed wire workshop. It is usually composed of four rolling mills, all of which adopt cantilever roller ring frames arranged alternately (horizontally and vertically). There is a vertical loop between the frames to achieve tension-free rolling. The finishing mill is arranged behind the intermediate roller way or coil box of the roughing mill. The equipment consists of front roller way of flying shear, side guide of flying shear, speed measuring device of flying shear, edge heater, scissor head and scissor head collection device, finishing mill scale-removing box, vertical roller mill (FIE) before finish rolling, finishing mill, looping device, entry and exit guide plates of finishing mill, finishing mill dusting device, finishing mill roll changing device, etc. 
The finishing mill is finished rolling mill, and it is the core part of the hot strip steel production. The quality of rolling product mainly depends on the technical equipment and the control level of the finishing mill. Finishing mill is the main procedure to determine product quality. Accelerated rolling process or constant speed rolling process with hot coil box can be used to maintain the change of final rolling temperature within ±20°C, so as to obtain uniform mechanical properties.

Roll box
    Roll box is a kind of wire twisting equipment used in rolling line, and is a transmission equipment equipped with the online wire rod diameter control device. Its main working principle is to heat and acid wash the produced wire rod, then transfer it to the roll box, and continuously pull and press it through multiple sets of rollers, so that the shape and size of the wire rod are uniform, the surface is smooth and flawless, so as to meet the requirements for producing high-tensile wire. In addition, the roll box controls the feed speed, rolling pressure and winding tension of the wire rod and other parameters to ensure that the wire rod is excellent. 
Pinch roll
    Pinch roll is composed of a box body, two rocker arms, connecting rods, cylinders, roll-gap adjustment bolts, and opening adjustment bolts. The roll shaft of the pinch roll is connected to the rocker arm through bearings. It also has a rubber pad fixed on the top inner side of the box body. The rubber pad is located between the roll-gap adjustment bolt and the opening adjustment bolt, with the lower end face of the rubber pad contacting the upper surface of the rocker arm located above, at the tail end of the rocker arm; by adding a rubber pad, the upper pinch roll contacts the rubber pad first when it is closed, providing a certain buffer and effectively controlling the flattening of the pinch roll, improving product quality and yield, and bringing huge economic benefits to production.
