Hydraulic roll changing trolley
The hydraulic roll changing trolley integrates hydraulic and integrated circuits, and is controlled by an integrated circuit to ensure stable performance.
Easy operation:
The roller ring can be installed or removed at one time through the wired control switch.
Safe and reliable:
Provided with motor overload protection device and minimum liquid level display to ensure safe use of the equipment. An automatic protection device is also provided for removing the roll, which stops immediately when the roller ring becomes loose to avoid damaging the tool due to overtravel.
Ergonomic design:
The wire adopts automatic retractable reel, which is convenient and safe, solves the problem of dragging the wire on the ground, and avoids personal accident.

The hydraulic roll changing trolley can be applied to high speed wire production lines such as Hafei, AVIC, Morgan, XMK, Danieli, and Axilo. The electronic control part of the hydraulic roll changing trolley adopts integrated circuits, which are developed and programmed by us independently. And thus we need to modify the program according to different customer requirements to meet the special needs of our customers.
