Flying shear is a commonly used shearing equipment, widely used in steel, non-ferrous metals and other industries. It is intended to cut the strip or hot rolled coil and other large size raw materials into the desired size. And the working process of the flying shear is detailed as follows.
1. Cutting: After entering the flying shear, the raw materials are cut into sheets or coils of the required width in the cutting area.
2. Positioning: After cutting the sheet or coil, the positioning system of the positioner is used to achieve correct length and position orientation, ensuring cutting accuracy.
3. Pressing: While positioning, use a pressure roller to press the sheet or coils as close as possible to the cutting tool under it, ensuring accuracy and quality.
4. Roll feeding: After pressing, deliver the sheet or coils out of the current cutting area to prepare for the next cutting.
Three core principles.
1. Walking principle: Accurate control of walking speed, position, and walking interval is required during cutting raw materials. The flying shear is controlled by dual motor, and a series of wheels may assist in achieving accurate positioning and adjustment.
2. Cutting principle: Flying shear uses cutting tools to cut raw materials. Traditional flying shears adopt steel cutting tools, but now there are flying shears that adopt hard alloy cutting tools, which can adapt to high-speed and high-precision cutting.
3. Positioning principle: Positioner module is one of the key components of flying shear, which realizes the positioning and pressing of sheet or coils by controlling guide rails, belts, cylinders, sponge wheels and various sensors.
The above three principles interact to complete the cutting process of flying shear.
