Yanyao Machinery Roll changing tools are our standard products. For common high speed wire mills such as Hafei, AVIC (4th/5th generation), XMK, Morgan (4th/5th generation) Danieli, we have sufficient stock of roll changing tools. Please feel free to inquire.
The 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch roll installing tools adopt aluminum alloy plungers, which have the following advantages: lightweight: aluminum alloy plungers are 70% lighter than steel plungers, reducing the overall weight of the roll installing tool by 25% and having higher working capacity and weight ratio. High strength: The plunger is made of aluminum alloy and is comparable in strength to steel after heat treatment.
Corrosion resistance: The surface of the cylinder body is treated with baking paint to give the product high corrosion resistance.
The plunger of the roll installing tool is made of aluminum alloy.
The model of Yanyao Roll changing tool repair kit (seal) is the model of roll changing tool plus suffix -K; and the model of repair kit with spring is the model of roll changing tool plus suffix -KS.
For example,
the repair kit model for Morgan (5th generation) 6-inch roll installing tool is Y600Z/H-K, and the repair kit model for XMK 8-inch roll removing tool with spring is YY800C/XMK-KS.
All roll removing tools adopt alloy steel cylinder body, which has the following advantages: high strength: After heat treatment by special process, the strength and hardness of claws reach their best service life.
Corrosion resistance: The surface of the cylinder body is treated with baking paint to give the product high corrosion resistance. The 10-inch boom-type roll installing and removing tool has the following advantages: easy operation: The boom-type roll removing tool is easier and more flexible than the general roll removing tool in operation. It can be rotated according to the requirements for removing cone sleeve to reach horizontal, vertical or 45’ position.
Safe and reliable: The boom-type roll removing tool is both safe and convenient, providing greater protection for the operator’s personal safety.
Claws that have undergone special heat treatment process have a long service life.

In some special cases, 700 bar roll changing trolleys and standard roll removing tools cannot remove the cone sleeve. At this point, use Yanyao ultra-high pressure roll removing tools and matching pumps together.

Super-pressure pump is made of aerospace grade aluminum titanium alloy material, which is lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant.
The manual pump is designed for single action and double speed, which delivers oil more quickly.

The special torque wrench for high speed wire manufactured by Yanyao Machinery is mainly used for the cone sleeve structure tightened by axial thread, such as Danieli high speed wire rolling mill.
With a unique concentric reaction force arm, the reaction force will not act on adjacent cone sleeves during use, avoiding damage to them.
With high-precision splines, the preset torque is more accurate, with a repeated accuracy of 2–3%.
The power head is made of aluminum titanium alloy, making it more lightweight.
The working head is made of alloy steel, which is sturdy and durable.

Powerful dual-speed pump reduces cycle time and improves work efficiency. When the primary pressure reaches 70 bar, the low-pressure chamber automatically releases pressure to zero, which prolongs the service life of the motor.
Compact, sturdy and durable
Built-in safety valve: Pre-set before leaving the factory for overload protection. External pressure regulating valve: used for precise torque setting, high repeatability. All models come standard with 2 6-meter high-pressure hoses. A matching hydraulic pump suitable for multiple wrenches to be used simultaneously can be customized according to user needs. For example, YYTE1840-4 can be used for 4 wrenches simultaneously.
