The choice of force
When the tonnage is required during working, the effective force is 94%–95% of the rated value after considering the impedance loss of the seal and the support between the jack and the piston. For continuous operation, it is recommended to select a jack with a higher tonnage, usually calculated at 70%–80% of the rated value. -
Selection of the travel route
If the space is large enough, choose a lifting device longer than the actual required stroke to improve scalability, reliability, and durability of the system. -
Selection of the type
These jacks are basically divided into two categories: single action (spring reset or load reduction) and double action. CLL and DS types have no spring reset function and can only retract by load or gravity. -
Selection of quantity
Determine whether multiple jacks need to operate simultaneously. -
Warnings and precautions during installation and operation

Ensure the load is centered and aligned with the lifting direction.

The allowable eccentric load must comply with the technical specifications.

Install by placing the flange on the neck thread.

When connecting quick joints, ensure tight threading and proper surface fit.

Avoid any extension at the jack-piston transition.

Do not disconnect the oil pump interface while under load.

Keep away from heat, fire, rain, seawater, and moisture.

Immediately inspect if oil leakage or seepage occurs.

When the pull end pipe joint is completely blocked, avoid operating a double-acting model. If a jack with a self-sealing pipe joint suddenly stops, the most likely cause is a loose pipe joint causing oil circuit failure.
